Inside every invitation

Everything a guest needs, nothing they have to install

  • An entrance worth opening

Carved Peshawari doors, a golden mohur, a truck-art envelope or velvet curtains. The guest opens it with a swipe, a tap or a long press.

  • English and اردو, one tap apart

Every word switches instantly, set properly in Nastaliq, right to left. No second link for the elders.

  • Every event on one card

Mehndi to Walima, cake cutting to dinner, registration to keynote: each with its own time, venue, map and add-to-calendar button.

  • Pakistan time, everywhere

The countdown runs on Pakistan time, so cousins in Dubai, London and Toronto (or colleagues flying in) see the same number of days you do.

  • RSVPs on WhatsApp

Guests reply in seconds with a ready-made message. Or collect replies on your dashboard with an exact headcount.

  • A link for each family

“An invitation for Khala Rubina & family” — personal links greet guests by name and cap the number they can bring.

  • Photos, music, and your story

A swipeable gallery behind a drawn curtain, a soft melody once the card opens, and a few words about the day.

  • Still printing a few cards?

Every invitation comes with a QR code, so printed cards, standees and office notices open the same digital invitation.

How it works

Three steps, mostly on WhatsApp

  1. Pick a design

Try every design live on your own phone. Open the doors, scratch the date, switch to Urdu.

  2. Send us the details

Names, events, venues, timings: on WhatsApp, in whichever language you like. We type the Urdu for you.

  3. Share your link

Approve a private preview, then forward one link to every group. Watch the RSVPs arrive.

Questions

Asked by almost every host

How do my guests open it?

It’s a normal web link. They tap it in WhatsApp and it opens in the phone’s browser — no app, no download, no sign-up. It works on any phone from the last several years.

Can I see it before it goes to guests?

Yes. You get a private preview link to check every word with your family. Guests can’t open the invitation until you approve it.

What if the date or venue changes?

Tell us and we update it. The link stays the same, so everyone who already has it sees the change.

Do you type the Urdu?

Yes. Send names and details in English, Roman Urdu or Urdu, and we set them properly in Nastaliq. If you’d rather keep names in English letters on both sides, we can do that too.

Will the music play automatically?

Phones block sound until the guest touches the screen, so the music begins the moment they open the entrance. There’s always a button to turn it off.

Is the invitation private?

Invitations are hidden from search engines and only open for people who have the link. On Atelier you can add a password as well.

How do RSVPs work?

By default the guest’s reply opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message to the number you choose. On Premium and Atelier you can also collect replies on a dashboard with a live headcount and an Excel export.

How long does the link stay up?

Until well after the event — at least six months. We can keep it longer as a keepsake.

Is it only for weddings?

No. We make invitations for birthdays and aqiqas, Eid Milan, dinners and farewells, and for official events like launches, conferences and inaugurations. Each occasion gets wording that fits, so a seminar never says “with the blessings of our families”.

How do I pay?

Place an order below and we’ll message you on WhatsApp with bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa details. Work starts once the advance is received.
